1.Within 14 days of the date of receipt, we will accept products for exchange or returns for a full refund.
2. We don’t reimburse shipping costs unless we shipped you the wrong item. If the goods do not adhere to the conditions of our return policy, k2 retains the right to refuse a refund after receiving the returned goods.
3. Bespoke orders and goods marked as “Final Sale” cannot ever be exchanged or returned.
4.If the product was purchased at full price and it is marked down within 7 days of receiving your item, requests for price adjustments with the original receipt will be fulfilled.
5.The consumer is in charge of paying the shipping and insurance costs for returns.
6.All shipping costs for any packages that bounce or are not delivered are the responsibility of the customer.
